Placed order on phone while on an
airplane.
Was traveling so did not see the order confirmation within the 60 min so got
charged $19.99 for expedited shipping (must have made a mistake and not realized). I had ordered an additional candle to avoid the shipping charge. Representative could not refund the shipping.
