I’ve tried dozens of time to sign in to change my password i enter the code# and it says it’s wrong

i can't get signed in on my account. I have tried a dozen times to get signed in.

Send me a new code. I go get the new code and type it in. They said it's the wrong code. I've got candles waiting to check out.

If I can't resolve this issue in the next few minutes, you can keep your candles. I'm done. This is ridiculous.

I don't mean to be rude. I'm just tired of this.

Candles

Get someone on the phone thats speaks English! A while back, I bought 5 or 6 of your big candles.

I bought them from a woman who knows how to describe what the *** a scent of a candle smellls like! I consider this a girly thing, so I know my wife did the ordering. Unfortunately she passed away March of this year. My name is John Bell, hers is Lindy.

I wanted to carry on her tradition as far as candles.

I dont know whose name its in, password or anything else. Thank you for making her days a little better!!!

Disappointed has a extremely low scent

I have been buying your candles for years. Always looked forward to using them.

I purchased 2 Yankee candles in October only used 1 and it has very little scent to it. It was their apple pumpkin ( so disappointed ) your brand has always been great but, not this time.could have been a bad batch.

These new labels are HORRIBLE!!!! why the tacky big white box!?? Shame on you Yankee! This are God awful and I will never buy again

They made a change that wasn't necessary and that most people didn't want: a modernized look. Most of your customers don't want this tacky white box.

We want to see the actual picture, not your stupid white box. We already know it's Yankee Candle. I beg you to go back to the large picture on the jar candles and stick with the classic look.

I won't buy again until you do, and I spend over $200 a year purchasing with YC. Not anymore until you take the stupid white label off.

Order Mishap

Placed order on 06/13/2025. Never received any other information.

On 06/21/2025, my neighbor calls me, as I am out of town, and says there is a box outside. No shipping email. No tracking. Nothing.

I spend quite a bit with them, and I have to say I am pissed. I had my neighbor open the box, and one candle I paid for isn't there. They canceled the item without a word and no refund.

Then they have the nerve to charge shipping. I see Yankee has gotten too big for their britches.

Cannot cancel orders / cannot get anyone from customer service on the phone / their AI generated system sounds very off-putting / oh, and you cannot stop their order once they ship it.. very over YC

Did not receive free item on BOGOF offer

Hi there - I purchased two candles recently. One was on buy one get one free deal but I only received one candle.

Please can you send the free candle.

I only purchased this item as it was on this offer. These items were both gifts and Ive now missed the celebration for one person.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After posting on here they offered a full refund instead of the gift card. I asked for that when I received the broken product and they refused.

Ordered candles then 2 days later they went on sale but customer service would not return my emails. When received one was broken and they gave me a credit and refused to give me refund because they said I used a $25 GIFT CARD on a order of over $100.

Then they advised they have no record of my return or contacting them. Horrible customer service .

I received multiple text messages from YOU telling me my orders were delivered today beginning at 11:02am. then two more texts after that for 2 other orders that were also delivered. NONE OF MY ORDERS WERE DELIVERED HERE!!!
